ABC LIST

Below is a list of items that would be great to address prior to shooting photos. Keep in mind the A items are things we should do ASAP, the B items would be great to do if we can do them without major delay, and the C items are a wish list that we probably won’t get to. I recognize that creating the list is easy. Doing the work is hard. So, please take my tone and list with a grain of salt. Also, please feel free to ask me for recommendations of specialists that can assist with these issues, if you need them. 

Outside: 

A1. Remove any ripped screens & clean dirty ones

A2. Repair/paint exterior trim as needed.

B1. Re-sod front yard area that is sparse 

B2. Trim front trees to frame the home better from the street 

C1. Add new landscape lighting to increase nighttime curb appeal 

C2. Repaint some of the exterior to update the home

Inside: 

A1. Clean between screens and windows 

A2. Decluttering floors and rooms.

A3. Replace any old or missing fire alarms and smoke detectors.

A4. Attempt to bleach sinks from stains as needed.

A5. Replace any old or missing light fixtures.

A6. Remove any personal photos or materials that reference you (ie dipolma’s, awards, etc).

B1. Replace cabinet hardware to update look if needed.

C1. Replace any dated appliances.

C2. Refinish or replace the flooring as needed.

C3. Repaint rooms as recommended to lighten up the room
